"The concrete work looks great! The workers were very professional. My only suggestion is to follow up about your appointment the day prior. My only disappointment was that I waited around all day on the day of my scheduled appointment. I called a few times throughout the day of the appointment for the ETA, which I was told each time that the ETA iwas unknown. I was finally told at the end of the day that my appointment needed to be rescheduled to the next day, fortunately, I did not need to be present. The workers showed up first thing in the morning on the rescheduled day and did a great job!"

They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "The workmen were very prompt and professional. They left everything neat and tidy when they left. The issue we had with this business is that when the owner/manager came out to give us an estimate of the work on the chimney we asked him about repairing 3 bricks on the patio where the brick facing had come off. He told us they could do that as they would have the brick with them and it would not be a big deal. Then we asked him about brick work on the front porch where several brick facings had come off. He said that was a much bigger job and would be about $1900. We decided that was more than we wanted to do at this time so said to just do the work in the back. After the work was completed on the chimney we asked the work crew about the brick repair on the patio. They told us that wasn't on their work order so had my husband talk to the owner/manager on the phone. The owner told us that, since we weren't having the brick facings done on the front porch that they wouldn't do the patio bricks, that the patio work was included with the porch job. This was not the agreement we made. He had already told us they could do the patio since they would have the brick here before we even discussed the front porch. We are generally happy with the work that was done but feel the owner reneged on the patio work."

"My back yard was very uneven and lumpy and was about 4-6 higher than the sidewalk. They removed the fire pit and clothes line bracket, scraped and leveled the back yard. They worked with the sprinkler company who had to come and extend the line and add a head. They had to remove a number of roots from trees previously removed that were buried. Reinstalled the fire pit in a different location and the clothes line bracket. In the front yard pulled back a mulch bed to scrape and level next to the driveway, replaced the mulch bed and scraped the ditch to give me a easier slope for cutting the grass. Put down topsoil, had a very nice even grade. Came back the next day and put down the Hydro seed. Gave me 2 pages of instructions on how to maintain the new and quot;babyand quot; grass that would come up. They were very courteous, answered all my questions during the process and when finished asked if I had any other questions . A pleasure to work with. I was very pleased with their attention to detail in both the work and the clean up. Cutting my grass just got a lot easier. <br />"
