"The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable, but said I needed a new unit waiting on a check so that I can pick up my new unit but I wish they were able to install it other than that everything went very well"

"The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

"It went smooth, after finding out that the pool I just purchased only included assembly as the installation, and they wanted to charge a hugely expensive amount to prep the lot, I looked around and found straight shot. I found them on Facebook, and met Matt, the owner of straight shot. He gave me a really fair quote. Did the work perfectly, and came in just under his quoted price. Extremely accurate quote, great work, great attitude. I will absolutely use straight shot again when I put in my heated walk way."

"David did an amazing job! Windows were streak-free inside and out and he cleaned the screens and tracks. He also did my neighbors windows and they were just as pleased. I highly recommend this company and will be calling in the future."
