"I could not have asked for a more honest and upfront guy to look at my roof. My home was a repo with two shingle layers so I had no idea how old it was but I did know I disliked the color. I was hoping it was near death, although I couldn't find any signs of it, so I could justify having it torn off and redone in a decent color.
