"Travis, the owner, met with me to do a walk through and talk about the scope of work in order to provide me with a free estimate. I received the estimate in a couple of days. Once the estimate was accepted, it was 3 weeks before the start of the job. The residence was vacant so it did not require me to be around while the work was being done. Travis has several crews that work for him. He showed up on the first day to get his crew started. Once the job was complete, I did a walkthrough that evening and found several things that were not satisfactory in my opinion or not what I expected. I contacted Travis to discuss my issues. He offered to meet me at the property the next day and he took care of all the items I felt were unsatisfactory and even noticed a few things I had not. He took care of the touch up work himself and redid the items that were unsatisfactory or missed. I found another problem once we moved the refrigerator and he met me at the house the next day and took care of it without question or any additional expense. When I hire somebody, I expect them to stand behind their work or the work of their crew. Travis could not have been more accommodating and took care of everything without question!
