He showed up every day, worked hard, communicated well when there were questions, allowed us to ask questions and worked with us when the bathroom vanity had to be returned and we had to choose another model. He accommodated a question about having more room under the bathroom sink and was in good spirits the entire time. We have plans to call Joe again based upon this experience. "I feel like I won the plumbing lottery. Ron did not make a big deal out of having to re-do the piping under the kitchen sink. He showed exactly what the issue was and what the solution would be. Perfect. He then looked at the spigot on the porch and dismantled it and tried to loosen it. He offered that as a no cost option to a much bigger job. He told me to let him know if I decided later to go with the bigger job. The total cost for the visit and repairs was very reasonable. Not only was Ron competent and personable, his pricing is quite livable. It really is a big deal for a homeowner to find a reliable, competent and reasonable plumber.)"

"All went well I have used First Quality Plumbing before always very professional and always on time. The plumber called me let me know he was about fifteen minutes from my house. Actually a lot earlier than expected. Always very friendly and didn't take to long to do the job. I was very satisfied with the work done and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future it needed ."

"They do a great job of monthly servicing my water softener. They go above and beyond by changing the water filter for me in my well when they are out there. They recently had to replace our water heater and there was a problem with the hot water heater. One of the coils burned out, it was just probably a month after it was installed. They came right out and took care of it and did not charge me a dime. They did not charge me even a service call. The boys came out and replaced the coil in the water heater and there were there for twenty minutes, it was done and they were gone. They are very clean. They don't track in. They are very clean about their work space when they do come in which is always appreciated. There is nothing that they have done for us which is not excellent and reasonable. They are competitively priced I don't believe I have ever paid more for anything by using them than I would with anyone else. We have used other plumbers in the past and I actually have paid more for less. I would always use them in the future."
