I called Troy and scheduled replacement of my water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulator. While they were here doing the replacements, they also explained the benefits of having a shut off lever on the water heater itself, so I had that added at just a minimal additional charge. They were prompt, efficient, did an excellent job, and cleaned up the work area before departing. I had two slow running drains that I asked if they had time to look and, and they generously cleaned those at no additional charge. I have had two major plumbing jobs done before, each with a different plumber, but now Troy and Sons will be my go-to for any plumbing jobs they handle."
