They got up on the roof and looked around and correctly identified the potential area of leak which was a fairly new chimney cap. I was skeptical since it was new. Dave suggested I spray water in various areas to find the leak and he was correct, the installers had missed a spot with the caulking and there was a hole where water was getting in from the cap. I sealed it myself and no more leak. I very much appreciate the fact that he sent his guy to look things over at no charge and didn't pressure me to have him try to find the actual leak and fix it.
