Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. It looks much better now. My only concern is that the "filler" material is still soft 3 days later. I need to call the company to find out if that is a problem or no. They were also fast. Their communication was professional and timely, they made sure we were happy with the patio layout before work began, they were clear and concise on pricing, and they got the work done exactly when they said they would. "I worked with Tim at Mill City and he was fantastic to work with. Was professional, understood our esthetic and also provided great design ideas. They were great to work with out budget as well. He wasn't the lowest on the estimate but when I looked into the estimate his was more through in terms of thinking about long term stability of the concrete planters etc. I would for sure work with him again. He hadn't pulled the city permit, so the city did leave a note for us, but it was resolved in a timely manner. And he was very responsive."

"I'll make this short, but could write a novel. From the start he was great to work with, then once work began dates kept getting pushed and pushed. the wrong garage door was installed, I had a garage door opener installed that I didn't ask for (but am glad it's there now), the service door was the wrong swing, the apron had to be redone due to being the wrong size and it didn't have a slope to it. I heard over and over that he was just the messenger to relay the information to his sub-contractors. the project was completed one month after the 'promised' completion date. Once the project was comlete I have to say that I'm happy with the finished product, just the process was VERY frustrating. That's the short version...take it for what you will."

The end result was just beautiful.
Josh was very helpful and did not mind when I changed things around la bit.
They even made time to mulch another area for me.
I would highly recommend them!
I hope to have them back next year to work on another area on the yard.
