"I brought in several of the highest rated plumbers on Angie's list for bids so I knew they would all do quality work.   I then went with the lowest bid, which was Burkhardt by a landslide.  The bid I received from them was less than half of what the other top rated plumbers bid. 
They only have a few employees and they had one guy do all of the construction work at my house.  My project took 4 days which included breaking up the floor, running drain and vent pipe, running water pipe, and recementing the floor.
I was very impressed with the work.  When he came to the house I went over how I wanted everything done and he did everything exactly how I explained it.  I also made some additions to the scope of the project after he started and he took care of them with a "can do" attitude.  I needed him to reroute some existing water pipe and to install a shut off valve.  He also left my basement spotless when he was done with no reminents of all the cement and sand that was on the basement floor during construction.  I would hire Burkhardt Plumbing again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality plumbing work done at a fair price.

"This is a terrific company.... I discovered them on Angie's List and will never use another plumbing company. I left a message via email and received a return call within hours. The estimate was accurate and price more than fair for a job that required a lot of awkward places to get into to find the real root of the problem. I've had them for repairs twice - once a section of plumbing had been incorrectly installed, and another section was leaking due to age. "I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"GREAT! He was very considerate. I called at about 4:57 PM (they close at 5:00) and asked for a guestimate of how much it would cost to replace our broken garbage disposal. He said it would be about $300. I asked when he could do it, hoping for a date before Thanksgiving. He said either Tuesday or Friday of next week. And then he offered to do it immediately. I accepted and the job was completed by 6:30 the same day. I know I was extremely fortunate that he was able to schedule it so fast and I don't expect this speedy scheduling in the future. But, I sure was happy he was able to pull it off tonight! Thank you very much Jim!

This company is amazing.  Sam and his team exceeded my expectations in all categories.  His professionalism was on point, his commitment was upheld as promised, his technical skills were remarkable with extreme attention to detail and competence.  I was very happy with my service.

I was unsure of design constraints when I communicated my 'Wish List'.  Sam listened to me and communicated three variations of options.  1.  Low Cost Option 2.Design efficiency Option 3. Aesthetic option.  I feel with the communication that we had and the skills his team brought fourth, I had the perfect design for what my primary objective was.
