They identified the cause of the leak in the guest bath, replaced the faulty faucet and related connections, replaced the old rubber hoses on the washing machine, and repaired a stuck hot water shot off valve. All repairs were tested to ensure there were no leaks or other issues. Prior to leaving Dave and Tim did a walk-through of the house to ensure all other water connections were in good shape and that shut off valves were in working condition. "I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
