"The project went very smoothly.  We made a trip to Paramount to meet with their salesperson and review our needs.  Then we looked at the various options they had in stock.  The suggestions made by the sales person helped significantly.  Once we decided on the granite we liked, Paramount completed the project within a couple of weeks which aligned well with the overall construction project.

"Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"It all went really well given that our house is almost 100 years old and we knew there were likely to be some surprises lurking in the sub flooring, walls, electrical or plumbing.  Every issue that came up was handled professionally, quickly and quietly.  Counter top went in first, then the flooring.  One problem that was particularly difficult was that the new slide in convection stove/oven we bought rose above the counter top by almost 3/4 of an inch.  It was supposed to fit flush to give the counter top and oven the built-in look.  Somehow the carpenters refit and raised the counter top on both sides of the stove and it now fits like a glove.  The craftsman who did the floor and the back splash was with us for almost 2 weeks.  His work was meticulous and the finished product was beautiful.  We contracted with them to do the floor in the kitchen and also out into the adjoining sun porch.  When the sun porch floor was being readied for the tile, we found water damage in the sub-flooring.  We knew we had taken on water a few times and had installed another downspout and had the gutter repaired.  That had been the end of the leaks but the damage was done (unbeknownst to us).  The Inspiration Design Team just went to work repairing the damage and putting down the floor.
We did have a couple of "miscommunications" about the installation of the appliances.  This was mostly due to the fact that the appliances were purchased from a 3rd party and we could not control the arrival or the complications of the installations.
Overall, it was a great experience with a skilled and dedicated crew.  They were professional, talented in their craft, and easy to be around.  They were particular sensitive to our need for some semblance of order during this process and even took an extra Friday to allow us to hare 3 days in a row to recover from the noise and confusion and having all those people in our house for days and days.
They did a good job cleaning up and took all the trash with them.  It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"Greg had built a previous plain 18X18 garage at a rental property we own and everything went great there so we hired him again.  He handled everything very professionally.  We live in SW Minneapolis and our driveway runs between ours & our neighbors house.  We have a difficult neighbor who stayed "home from work" the day the driveway was poured and Greg was good at handling them.  He came up with the french drain idea and "helped" the neighbors to agree to attach their downspouts.  He also made sure at the completion of the project that the landscaping/ sod was all replaced good as new.  The match to the stucco and dutch eyebrows on our existing home was perfect and everyone who sees our garage says it looks like an exact match of our house.  We love our new garage and anyone thinking of building one and using Greg is welcome to come check ours out."
