We opted to schedule the installation of the radiant. A time was set and workers arrived 05/31/25. They were on time and Stephon and Rasaun got to work. It took about 5 hrs and hour to install and clean up. Stephon showed us the work and explained how it was installed. It was all professionally done and looked very neat and clean. "I was charged an extra $912.00 for chemicals to take care of mold. The fishy part was I was requested to write a check and the project manager insisted I leave the "Pay To The Order Of" blank on the check. I asked for a business card and was told I did not need it one because I had the phone number. When asked if I should make the check out to the project manager and asked what his full name was he said he was going to take care of me and "not to worry". He was very flirtatious and came across as creepy. I just feel like someone other than the company got a $912.00 bonus!!! Basically I was glad to see him go"
