"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"Ok, full disclosure- we have been friends with the Rogers Family for like 7 years. Our kids are best friends. So naturally when we bought an older house and it needed new ACs and duct work redone, we called ACS. But doing business with friends can be tricky- what if the employees are rude or the installers/techs don’t do a good job? Oh my gosh I worried for nothing- they were AMAZING. I mean really amazing. We just had our floors redone and ALL the dudes that came out (and sometimes there were like 5 guys there at a time because it was a big job) were super respectful of our home and of me, wore booties on their shoes, etc. They never showed up late, never promised anything they didn’t deliver- it was awesome. Even the ladies that call to set up appointments are super friendly and nice. I felt so comfortable with the installers that I even let them in to work when I wasn’t there. Did I kind of expect star treatment since we’re friends- totally. But the funny thing is I never felt like they were acting like “oh geez-best behavior- she’s friends with the boss.” It was just like this is how they operate and they were just doing their job like they normally do. I literally have nothing I could complain about- not one thing. One of the units had an error code when they installed it, and I got a prompt phone call from the office scheduling a tech to come fix it, which happened within like 2 days even though it was right after New Years. So, crazy long story short- ACS is awesome all the way around and I wholeheartedly recommend them."

"The plumber called before the expected time window was up letting me know he would arrive a little bit late because of his current location. I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend."

"We had a clogged kitchen sink and called Intelligent Design whom we had used twice in the past. While at first they had no openings for days, the kind person we spoke with checked with her supervisor and they said they would squeeze us in for the next day. I was fully expecting to wait all day for the scheduled jobs to be completed, but got a call late morning from Marty who said he was 20 minutes away, I was thrilled. Marty arrived as promised and quickly assessed the problem, deciding he could work it from an outside clean-out. As expected in these times Marty arrived masked, we masked also. When Marty was getting to work he asked permission to remove his mask and that we distance ourselves. He got the clogged cleared in minutes and had us run the sink to ensure it was truly cleared. Marty was very personable, friendly, and highly professional. We were done in about 20 minutes and the price was extremely fair, with no adders or surprises.
