"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "It went soooo well! When I called to request a pickup, I had no difficulty getting through via telephone. I learned that I could also place a request for my pickup via the internet/website too. I gave them my credit card, and walla! the next day, my bag was emptied and I went back to my project. Since I own this bag, I don't feel pressure getting it filled because it is being picked up at the end of the rental. I call when I'm ready! Not when someone else is.The best part of this was that, although on the surface, it appears to be more expensive than when you rent a dumpster, but with a dumpster you pay for the weight. This you don't. It makes life easier because you have no surprises. Plus my driveway and yard is still in tact and my wife doesn't complain about an ugly dumpster. Can you tell how happy we are! We would highly recommend this to all of our friends and family!"

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."
