Sean walked me through it, what it would take to repair the damage. He even pointed out some things that needed to be fixed under warranty. The day after Tier-1 quoted me a reasonable price for the repair. Soon after, they came out and repaired the section, bringing it back to its original condition. They also fixed some things needing some upgrade. Tier-1 was very responsive, and customer focused. They did what they promised when they promised. I would definitely use them again."
