"I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. He said they could also clean the wooden part of my house and deck. They cleaned the wooden areas and did not damage any old paint. They did an outstanding job...above and beyond my expectations. The crew was very punctual and polite...they completed the job in the promised time frame. I will definitely hire Excel Pro Services for other work. My old house has a fresh new look....Thank You Ryan and crew!!!"

"I could not have been happier with this company.  Jimmy Helms was very professional and his team did an outstanding job.  We have a lot of plant life that was really taking over due to all the rain.  I met with Jimmy in the AM and made sure he understood all that I needed done.  They showed up on the day and time they were supposed to.  I then went to work.  When I got home, I was so pleased with how my yard looked.  Thank you Jimmy!

"The installation went very well. It has been 3 months since the installation and the lawn looks terrific. Some of the preparation work was done on 5/24/16 and the remaining preparation work was completed and the sod installed on 5/25/16. Nick's crew were hard workers and cared about the quality of their work. Nick was very good about answering my questions during the entire process and gave me watering instructions at the end. He has also answered questions for me after the installation. Nick also helped me with a problem that was not his fault. A healthy crop of nutsedge sprang up from the sod from Super Sod. This was Super Sod's lack of quality control, not anything that Intrinity Landscaping did. Nick got Super Sod to give me two packets of Sedgehammer+ turf herbicide to spray on the nutsedge to kill it. Some areas where they can improve: 1) I think more time should have been allowed to kill off the existing vegetation. 2) the crew should have done a better job of evenly spreading the black leaf compost; I had to ask them to spread it better. The area where they dumped it had way too much and other areas of the yard did not have enough, or any at all. 3) The unlucky new guy on the crew struggled rolling the 270 lb. roller and should have had some help, thus doing a better job of removing air pockets and ensuring the sod roots are in contact with the soil underneath. I would use Intrinity Landscaping again without hesitation; there is no need to obtain a proposal from another company."

We received three designs and estimates, Outdoor Artisans had by far the best design and a competitive price. While Clive started the process, Josh took it from there and was terrific. Always on time, responsive and most of all, did a great job. We are planning to do a second phase for the yard next year and will definitely use them again."

"I purchased a Big Deal and the service was provided more than a month after the purchase of the deal.  I was orginally frustrated due to the timing (the lateness was due in part to the extremely rainy season start).  However, once we agreed to a date, those guys were out here spreading the mulch.  As they got to the end of the job, it started pouring.  The guys waited unitl the storm passed and finished the job.  It was a little messy but those guys worked long and hard.  I would surely call on them again.

"I generally thought the job was well done. The only disadvantage was, I asked for a specific composition of soils to be brought into the beds, and they didn't do it like I thought they should. They were okay, but they didn't fix the soil compliment. They did some really neat paver work in the front, and they did a good job with the sprinkler system."

We love their commitment to providing environmentally friendly lawn care. They have even come by to check on the yard on non service days but they were in the area. The last time I saw them, Nathan showed off his new sun glasses to help him see brown spots in the grass better. These guys are A+++.
