Over the past few weeks we have had various projects completed, including, exhaust fan installation, stairwell repair, dry wall repair, exterior dormer and trim replacement and gutter/downspout painting. All of the technicians were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, highly skilled and operated efficiently to finish ahead of scheduled time. Pedro, Kevin and Antonio in particular were exceptional in going above and beyond to produce truly beautiful work. The craftsmanship and precision displayed by these technicians was extraordinary and they were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.”"

"I had 2 exterior doors that had rotted wood around the framing and the center supports and needed new thresholds. Oscar from King Contracting came out and gave me a detailed explanation of what would be done and sent a detailed estimate of repairs. The repairs were done to specification and the carpenter, Alberto did an exacting, excellent job. The site was cleaned up and project done on time. Oscar came back to inspect the next day and I told him how pleased I was with the work Alberto had done. I would definitely hire his company again for repairs at our home."
