"It took 4 days for completion which entailed gutting the whole bath replacing the sub floor which was rotted out due to a major leak, flooring replaced with ceramic tile. Replaced tub/shower insert with ceramic tile w/beautiful glass tile inlay. A pocket door was installed, a new vanity w/granite top, new lights , mirror and fan. Todd (the owner) was extremely professional. His son's also work with him and were just as professional and really nice to work with. We will be using them again for a Kitchen remodel in the future.
And oh yes, his wife works in the showroom and she was awesome too!!

"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"I had a new kitchen installed a few years ago. (About 300 sq ft big) After 2 years or so the grout started to breakaway, therefore causing the tiles to crack.(forwarding 4 years later) I needed someone to fix this problem.(Not just to lay tile, but a problem solver) I had 4 other companies come to assess the problem. After hearing their solutions I researched each option online. I was hesitant to have Alon to do the floor after reading the last review. Glad I gave him a chance. Alon's seemed to have the best solution. He quoted me a price that wasn't the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. I knew we also had to see what was under this mess. Alon had to cut flawlessly around my cherry cabinets. (Floor was installed before the cabinets were installed).After he removed everything to the subfloor. We found what was causing the problem. I needed a more sturdy subfloor. Alon lay another layer of plywood to prevent movement. This will help to prevent the same problem from occur again (minimal added cost, well worth it). The job did take a little longer than expected because the tiles I ordered were 9 days delayed in delivery. Alon was very understanding and rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. The porcelain tiles look amazing. Alon did a great job!"

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers.
