"Anyone who has waterproofing needs should hire Bill and his team. They are fantastic. I am the President of our HOA ( 5 townhome building) and a resident in one of the 5 units. The building had a number of areas in our underground common area and one resident's garage in particular where water was draining from outside of the foundation of the building. There were no less than 4 separate areas where water was entering the interior of the building. Of all the contractors we interviewed for the job, Bill was the most honest, practical, thoughtful and analytical in his approach to the job. He was more like a surgeon carefully dissecting the problem and then fixing the issues, one a time rather than what most of the other contractors wanted to do, which was tear up the east side of the building and "we'll then see what the problem is." He and his team showed up everyday they said they would - on time. They worked hard and cleaned up their work area every time they were there. He tested his work (flooding areas and letting the water sit for 48+ hours) to make sure he had done the job right and completely. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it. I highly, highly recommend 21st Century Waterproofing. One of the best contractors I have ever hired - for ANY JOB - in my 30+ years of managing properties."

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"Adam is very professional and also one of the most pleasant person to work with. He thoroughly understands safety when it comes to construction and you feel confident that he is taking every measure to make your home not only a pleasant place to live in but also a very safe and sound structure. He is a great communicator. He goes over the project in detail so you understand what to expect and gives frequent updates on progress. If there were changes or surprises during the work, as many older homes do, he let us know of options on how to address the issue as well as be transparent on any additional cost. He is often on-site during the process and is very hands-on. He handles big jobs with subcontractors that he has had good working history and is very involved in checking on their progress. He is a very responsible person, and I trusted him with the keys to our house while the work got intense. I knew he would check all the windows and doors when locking up. Adam has an engineering background himself and also works with a structural engineer. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to home improvement. I appreciated that Adam listens to your needs and preferences and works toward your goals. He tries to picture how you will actually live in your house and make the renovations work to help achieve the potential of your home for your purposes. "Will and his team at CXC did a great job replacing a failing stem wall perimeter foundation on my 1920s mid-city home. I bid the project out to six different contractors. His bid came in close to most and it became quickly apparent that his crew would delivery the highest quality and integrity to the job. His ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, the crew's many years of experience and overall professionalism, and the quick communication from the office administration all resulted in a great experience. A big shout out to WILL (Owner), CELSO (Foreman), and ROSANNA (Administration). Word of advice, get multiple bids and always verify general commercial liability insurance and that it covers the type of work that is going to be done. CXC's was easily verified...others were not and in some instance foundation repair was not even underwritten into their policies. CXC is BBB accredited, many others are not. I would not hesitate to work with Will and CXC again on my future projects."

"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall. <br /> The pavers had a combo of cobble stone and river stone which led to the grassy area."
