"Dryer quit working and when I contacted Samsung, they referred me to Shelton's. Shelton called me within 48 hours and advised it would be one week before they could come out to look at the dryer. They came out one week later and determined that a sensor needed replacing. They didn't have the part and said they would call when it came in. I didn't hear from them for a week and when I finally called them, they immediately had the service man call to schedule a time to come to my house 4 days later. He showed up as scheduled and replaced the sensor. The dryer works fine now."

"The air conditioner went out after a blackout during an evening storm in late July and was only blowing room temperature air through the house. We called in the morning and he was able to arrive early that afternoon to inspect the problem (for which I am grateful, especially since I'm sure he had a busy work schedule). He quickly found the issue (the air compressor was not turning on due to a burnt wire) and was able to make the necessary repairs with out any problems. We have used Universal Electric for several maintenance issues in the past and they have always been courteous and prompt.
