He pretreated the stains throughout and steam-cleaned the rugs. What a difference after he was done! The stains were gone, the carpet looked and smelled fresh and it gave the apartment a whole new appearance. The rug is several years old, so wear and tear could not be eliminated. But the ground-in soil and stains were gone. He did a great job, was finished in about 45 minutes and it took only 6 hours to dry.

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."
