"I couldn’t be more happy with my new back deck handrail installation! The upgrade completely transformed the look, safety, and overall feel of the deck. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding from start to finish. One of the best improvements were heightening the rails, making it much safer and secure without sacrificing the style. The structure is now incredibly sturdy and and you can just look and see the quality and reinforcement that went into the installation. Everything feels solid and built to last. The changes gave my deck a much more modern, clean, and upscale appearance. I highly recommend Johnson Floors to anyone seeking a finished product that will exceed their expectations and provide professional work and excellent communication!"

"EVERY COMPANY HAS BASICALLY THE SAME SELECTION OF WOOD FLOORING. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PERSON, THAT'S EXPERIENCED WITH THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS AMAZING. HE EVEN STOPPED, TO CALL ME OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT 1 OF THE PIECES BEFORE HE PUT IT DOWN. I WAS SHOCKED. I DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR, HE STOPPED WENT AND GOT ANOTHER PIECE (SAME DAY) FINISHED IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT? PROBABLY CLOSE TO ZERO. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THE MAN GETS 10 STARS."

"Trevor and his team did a brilliant job with the renovations of the house that was not in good shape prior. He was communicative and available to chat at all times to provide updates. The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."

"Perfect. I'd trust this provider with anything!"

"Mr. Ellis went beyond what he was hired to do. After installing new wall oven, there was a gap & he cut plank & covered gap. He was very professional & friendly. Mr. Ellis is getting an estimate for us to install a semi-bathroom. I recommend Mr. Ellis to anyone who needs work done. His price for installing the wall oven was reasonable."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"They did a pretty good job painting the walls but missed an entire section of wall above our cabinets in the bathroom so when you sit on the toilet you see a huge spot that is not painted, did not paint the trim at all in the other bathroom, painted the cabinets with the doors in the wrong places so some were upside down and didnt have the paint on the tops when they were turned right side up, painted the doors with the doors open and the handles off so that it left a white spray circle on the walls behind the doors and didn't do anything about that circle, and got paint on the floor here and there throughout the house. When I called to see what could be done about it they acted like they were going to fix it but never call me back with a date to anticipate them coming back. I paid them almost $4000 and its not done. I called at least 5 times now trying to set up a time and keep getting told they are going to call me back after they look at their schedule and never do. I wouldn't have an issue with the job if they would make an appointment with me and say they were going to come fix it but it really feels like Im getting the run around because they've already been paid."
