"It was easy to set up an appointment for a quote to install a valve for an outdoor BBQ on an existing pipe. Plumber called the day of service and asked if he could come earlier because he had an open block of time, we said yes. We explained what we wanted, he asked a couple of questions and made some suggestions. We liked the price he quoted and since he had the parts on the truck, he was able to do the install right then.
