I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair.
