His price was reasonable, clean, courteous, the tenants were very happy with the contractor, the contractor did his best to avoid dust and noise to annoy the tenants and did a professional job. No complaints all. He took photos on the work to make sure that the work was okay already and asked a few feedbacks from the tenants as well and they were very happy and has positive feedback."
