"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. Within 5-7 years we will be looking to them for new roofs and to install the GutterHelmet System. As the treasurer of our HOA, along with the other officers, we highly recommend this company."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."

"We had over 30 windows replaced and three back doors. These guys gave us a great deal with an option to finance with no interest. The job ended up taking them two days longer, but it seems like all the projects we have done at our house have always take longer than expected. They cleaned up very well everyday before they left and did a great job when they were finished with the job as well. One down side to our project was that one of our back doors was not big enough for the opening of our original door and we now need to get a tile reducer to fill a gap we have by one of our back doors. We were not warned about this being a possible issue before the job started. A concern we have is the back doors are vinyl and just don't know how durable they will actually be throughout the years, since they can't be painted or seemed to be repaired very easily. Even with the issue of the tile reducer, a few small cracks in our stucco siding (which I was able to fix because they were not too bad), and our concerns about the vinyl doors, I would strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a great price and a professional quality of work."

Mr. Weaver did a comprehensive diagnosis involving wiring, HOT, NEUTRAL, and GROUND connections, the circuit breaker, and the breaker panel. He arrived on-time and found and fixed the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, patient, completely professional, and respected my covid concerns by wearing a mask while working indoors. I highly recommend him and will absolutely call him whenever I need electrical work."
