"Service was great from sales, to installation, to post installation support. Very responsive, very professional. It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place! "This is the second time that we have worked with David and his company. Him and his team have been extremely efficient and hard working. David is an excellent communicator. We communicated over the phone and text and he was very kind and courteous each time we talked. David and his team also made sure to respect our home by laying tarps down and cleaning up after they were done. This is incredibly helpful with 2 pets and a crawling baby! We also were very impressed with how hard they worked. They were all business and completed both jobs very fast. We really appreciated their help with two pieces of drywall they had to replace at our home. We highly recommend!"
