As both judgmental and lacking professionalism when I asked clear questions about pricing I received vague misleading answers. They scheduled an appointment that I had agreed upon for one o'clock pm but no one show up or call. Instead I received a text for 1 o'clock pm.; When I called to let them know The situation and the pricing they have changed their answer from 1 -3pm and told me that there was a fee that would be applied. When I asked a follow up question the Rep. hung up on me. The overall behavior was unprofessional and extremely biased based on demographic that they choose not to served. I would expect more transparency, respect and communication."
