From the initial quote, contract, permits, and HOA approval to the installation and inspection, everything was well-coordinated and communicated. The cost was competitive, and we received five quotes. Nick was the first contractor to give us an official in-person quote. He took the time to walk through our property, identified a few possible challenges in our project, and made sure to note them so the team could ensure a high-quality installation. During the inspection, the city building inspector was really impressed with the workmanship. He mentioned that the company had built the deck above and beyond the required standards.
