She gave me the cost right then and there. Said they could replace the heater the very next day. Joe called about 8 the next morning that he would be here asap. He came about 8:30, looked at the old heater and went to buy the replacement. He was back, carried the new heater downstairs, went right to work. Had everything in place in an hour. Carried the old water heater upstairs. Was efficient and clean. Good job, I will call them again. Elaine"

"Mike was able to fit me in same day, arrived on time, was very friendly to our children and dogs when he entered our home.. He was quick to figure out what repair was needed and was able to fix the problem quickly while performing excellent quality in his work. While Mike was in our home I had him look at our water softener and water heater as we will need those replaced in near future. I was explaining the problems we were having as we walked to the basement, within a matter of seconds of looking at our piping he noticed a by pass valve was in the wrong position. Mike informed us we may not need to purchase new just yet, as he told us to give this a week or so and see if this fixes out issues we were having. "Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"My experience with them was okay.  I bought both my washing machine and a refrigerator from them.  My refrigerator went out and so, I called them and the technician came out.  The initial phone call was great.  He came out when he said.  He was super nice.  He tried to fix what he thought was wrong.  After a few days later, the refrigerator went out again.  I called them again and I got somebody at phone who hardly understood the situation.  I thought she works at home or I don’t know what it was.  My husband spoke with her first.  She said that she could schedule a date, which was after a week.  I told her that will be no good because the refrigerator had all brand new food.  I couldn't wait for a week.  So she finally agreed on sending a technician out but again she was not cooperative in scheduling a time that was convenient for us.  I don’t know if she had a problem with understanding English but she was not able to understand.  Then I got on the phone and told her that we really needed somebody today or tomorrow and that we bought all the food.  All of sudden she said to me that she could send someone right away.  It was as if she didn’t even understand our first request.  The technician came out, he fixed the problem, and I told him that I was not going to pay him for the service call again.  He told me that it was not a problem and that I didn’t have to pay, so he only charged me for a part.  The only challenge was in calling them to make an appointment otherwise it was good.  Then I bought a washing machine from them and a technician came out to install it.  That went fine expect that our washing machine leaked right away.  So I told him that I needed a replacement and they got me a replacement.  So then, they came in and installed the replacement and it has been fine ever since.  I referred them to my friend as she wanted to buy a washing machine.  I later came to know that she went through the same problem of not able to get through the lady on the phone.  She told me that she was not able to understand the weird lady on the phone who didn’t understand what she needed.  She gave up and she chose someone else.  I knew exactly whom she spoke to because I went through the same thing.  The price was okay.  I don’t have anything to compare it to; however, it was better than some of the other ones.  I would use them again."

"Installation progressed on time. Two issues I was disappointed with was that I had cement board for below the tile but he installed plywood under the shower instead of using cement board throughout. Also he moved the heater/air conditioning vent down in a very sloppy manner so the cover did not fit well.
