"I called on a Saturday afternoon after finding that most businesses were either not open on Saturday or closed at noon. The said someone would be out between 6-8 pm. Shane called about 6 saying he would be a little late from his previous job, would arrive about 7. He showed up when he said he would, and spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the problem. He wrote up an estimate that included replacing two parts, but explained that it was possible that one would fix it. If so, the actual cost would be less. He asked for a deposit of half the estimate, which I had no problem with. Parts came in on Tuesday, we set up a time Wednesday for the repairs. As he suspected, the first part did the trick. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes and we ended up paying a lot less than the original estimate due to his expertise and honesty. Another company/technician may have just replaced both parts and charged the additional labor anyway. I highly recommend ASAP!day <br />"
