They not only did everything I asked at a very reasonable price but they also notified me of damages to my house that I was not aware of. Insurance covered all of the roof damage luckily!! "We recently had Marathon Services replace shake shingles on our roof with asphalt shingles. Paul Stoural, the owner, helped us out with the insurance company and proved to them that we had enough hail damage that the roof needed replacing. Paul kept us informed through the whole process and started the work when he promised. The crew was efficient and did their best to keep from damaging anything. They cleaned up every evening before they left and rolled the yard for stray nails. The roof looks great and we were satisfied with their work. We would recommend Marathon Services to anyone."

"I called Ryan for an estimate for deck refinishing on 4/19/2012.  He stopped by a few days later with an estimate and said someone would come by and power wash the deck before refinishing.  I called him on 5/2/2012 without hearing anything since 4/19/2012.  He said someone should have come by to power wash the deck.  It is now 5/23/2012 and no one has power washed the deck and no communication from Mr. Nice Guy.  I think his estimate was very reasonable.  But with no work and no communication, I would not recommend using Mr. Nice Guy for any work.  Again, I know we have had some rain/storms and that limits deck refinishing.  But it would have been nice to receive any sort of update.  No updates at all.  I just left a message today & will update this review (if I hear anything from Ryan).  

Ryan called on 6/28/2012.  Everything was sorted out and the deck was power washed on 6/30/2012 and stained on 6/2/2012.  The work is excellent.  After some initial communication mix ups, his work was excellent.  

Overall, I would use Mr. Nice Guy again despite the communication problems."

"This was a HUGE job. Our home is an older 2 story that needed major updating. The roof was 2 layers plus shake shingles that had to be removed. We had the contractor take down the old brick chimney and old TV antennae. They worked on days in between the heavy rains we have had this year. We had a bad storm during this process and had some water leakage. Tom was on it immediately! Brought out a dehumidifier and fans to minimize any more damage. This was very appreciated! The siding crew performed by the siding crew was top notch! since our home is an older home everything was custom cut to fit. It looks amazing. Very happy! Overall, our experience with Integrity Exterior Solutions has been very positive. Tom has gone the extra mile to work with my insurance company (some of the work was from storm damage). This was also much appreciated too.
