"I had the pleasure to work with Bryce Skelton and B. Skelton Construction on a remodel of my home in the fall of 2025. We replaced all of the flooring in the house and completely updated the kitchen and main bathroom. Bryce and his team did a great job and the job came in under the original budget. His subcontractors were excellent, some coming by in the evening to ensure the project stayed on schedule. I also want to give a shout out to Bryce’s father, Pete, and brother Aaron. Pete the drywall king. We needed to match a 20-year-old texture on the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom. He told me he wasn’t sure he could match it but when it was done even I can’t tell what he fixed. Aaron did most of the demo on the old tile floors and installed about half of the moldings throughout the house. His work is excellent. I can’t recommend B. Skelton Construction highly enough and, should I ever need construction services in the future, Bryce will be the first person I’ll call."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We originally hired Draven to remodel our old, yellow shower. He replaced it with a really nice tile shower with a glass door for us. After that we hired him to remodel our basement. He was the fifth guy we hired and the first to show up. The sewer backed up earlier this year and really made a mess. He had the drywall repaired, new flooring and trim installed, and a really nice paint job done. He also did a couple of handyman jobs that we needed done like adding an outlet and fixing our HVAC vents. He even hauled away some junk that weâ ve been meaning to get rid of.
