"All bids came in within a few hundred dollars. The roof of my house was replaced back in 2014 by another contractor. The original contractor did not repair the flat roof portion of the house properly and we had issues with tar oozing out the edges and dropping down on the concrete surface below and in one place it blocked up the gutter. The guys showed up in the early hours, replaced the damaged roof and cleaned up behind the gutters and removed the tar from the block gutter all by the end of the day.
