"Gutter Guards America was very professional. Starting with the salesman (Brian W) by coming to our house in Denver, NC. He gave us an accurate estimate to fix our gutter situation. No pressure, not like the other 2 companies we had here who's pressure was in signing the contact that day. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day.
