Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. My project was far from the easiest because I did not want to replace my cabinets. Several people on the Monk's team said that I would have been crazy to do so. There were other limitations within which whoever undertook the job would have to work as well. Most contractors will not touch a project unless they can gut the entire space and start from scratch. From the beginning, Monk's was willing to treat me as a contributing member of the team. I am a very hands on person and always love learning from each trade that contributes to the final project. From Maria who does the initial interview and measuring to Greg, who comes up with numbers to the penny to sell the job, to Garrett, my project manager to the counter templaters, installers, Monk designers, and consultants, there is nothing and no one I would have changed. Nick walked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with the windows I was choosing as well as colors, and so that I was in line with what the HOA would/ wouldn't allow. Cesar and his crew were present on install day - they were on time, courteous, fast, professional, and did an incredible job. I don't think it even took them four hours. And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline.
