"My appointment window was 12 to 5 p.m, and they arrived about 4:30 p.m.  Due to my driveway being slanted, they couldn't start immediately but had to fill the small engine completely full with gas so it would run to power the cleaner.  After they returned from a nearby gas station they were very courteous and worked quickly.  They were very fair in the pricing of a large family room carpet, stairs, master bedroom, and upper hallway.  They gave me recommendations as to what to use the clean the carpet in the future to maximum its life and condition. <br /> I'm very pleased with the service I received, and would gladly use Stanley Steemer again. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Wendy's window cleaning showed up in the morning around 8:00 A.M. and immediately got to work. Everyone looked like they knew exactly what they were doing and began to wash the house in no time. As two of the crew started to pressure wash, two others began cleaning my gutters, by hand! I have a two story house and they reached the top of my house with no problem. Overall it took them about two and half or three hours and i'd say that's pretty quick. Not only was it done fast it was done well. "<p>He did an excellent job.    At the time, he was managing the maintenance of an apartment complex, so he was only available on the weekends.  However, the work was completed every weekend, including holidays (July 4 specifically).   He kept us appraised of progress and tweaked his work along the way.   For example, when he started we didn't think there was that much dirt and sediment on the boat launch. and we asked that the dirt be placed upon the upper level.   Once we realized how much dirt there was, he changed the design of the wall to include deadmen (I think that's what he called them) to ensure the wall wouldn't collapse.   He did a wonderful job and would periodically request we review his work to ensure we were happy.   He is a hard worker and never sits still.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
