"He got the job done quickly and the error message on my dryer went away! He was on time, courteous, and efficient. My only critique was that he tried to upsell me on a ‘premier cleaning’ as soon as he arrived. And, he made me come outside to watch all the dryer dust fly (hoping, I think, to make me change my mind about the basic cleaning). "

"My Ac froze up and i got it back to working but still wanted it looked at to see if everything was ok. I made the mistake of trying to get my home warranty company to do the work without ripping me off. I called County Wide after being ripped off by Rite Temp. As soon as i got a hold of Rodney he told me what Rite Temp was telling me was all wrong and did not sound like what I needed. He came out looked at my coils and said they are not very dirty at all an they did not need to be pulled out to be cleaned. He then Sprayed a can of coil AC cleaner on and was done . The whole thing took LESS THAN 30 mins and I was charged a total of $100. Ac work wonderfully now. I will be calling County Wide now on!!!"
