"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The work was done in a timely manner, her offered sound advice when I was trying to decide between repair or replace the washing machine. And he skillfully repaired it for a reasonable price. He also was respectful and kind."

"Andy came out and replaced the heating element in my oven. He knows his products very well! Andy is very respectful, courteous, professional and personable. He researched my specific model and brought the correct part with him. Took all of ten minutes to install and then he stayed and made sure that everything worked properly and was SAFE to use before he left! Very reasonable price. I definitely recommend AHR Appliance Repair to anyone! Thank you so much, Andy!"
