"Bryan is one-of-a-kind when it comes to pool contractors. We had four different bids for a major pool resurfacing including new tile, change in plaster type, new pool wiring and lights, rebuilding the spa step, new spa blower, and mastic. While Bryan's bid was 2nd highest of the four, paying the extra was so well worth it for us. He kept his promises, stayed in touch every day via phone call or text, was always here when his sub-contractors showed up, and whenever new or unexpected issues showed up on the job, he always tried to suggest all possible alternatives to save expenses when we wanted or needed to. He has 15+ year positive relationships with his sub-contractors (plaster, stone, electrical, etc.) and when something comes up unexpectedly, like rain or cold weather, his subs are always willing to work with him on the spur of the moment basis. Bryan's inter-personal and professional skills are truly exceptional and we always had that wonderful feeling that we could believe in and trust what he said and what he promised to do. We are not only 100% thrilled with the finished product, we will be using Handcrafted Pools for our pool service needs from now on."
