"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. "Santos was amazing, my house is more beautiful than when I purchased it 25 yrs ago. Removed all old rotting wood and replaced 100% with Hardie, all new windows, storm door, gutters, new roof, and even added a ridge vent and painted doors and chimney to match the rest of the house. He kept to schedule and budget even when I added the storm door and leaf guard on the gutters last minute. Santos and/or his brother Jose were on site the entire time making sure everything went according to plan. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and the crew was very accommodating to get off their ladders and leave the backyard several times a day when we need to let our 4 dogs out to to their business. Santos did not pressure me to commit and waited several months for me to get more estimates from other contractors and make a final decision. He was also very patient and actually quite helpful in allowing me to change my color choices just prior to the materials being ordered. By the second day, I felt so comfortable that I could leave and go to work while they continued to work on the house. I will be using them again for future projects."
