The unit was also not properly anchored within the cabinetry when first installed by another company. That instability led to the latch not securely locking the unit for proper operation. The office manager was fantastic, keeping me up to date on every step of the process, as well as scheduling. She was very kind and supportive, providing a very high level of service. The technician who repaired the door was also has a pleasant demeanor, and not only repaired the latch on the door, but raised the wheels of the unit to help the level it as best of possible, helping to avoid similar malfunctions in the future. "While installing dishwasher they left deep scratches on hardwood floor. I sent him pictures and there was no reply. Also, did not attach dishwasher to countertop so when you open it tilts forward. Have to have another handyman come and fix. "
