"We contacted Sanchez Fence about replacing the wooden fence around the back yard. The owner, Oscar, contacted me shortly after I submitted a work request on his website. He came to the house and provided us with a free estimate. He didn’t take any form of payment up front. He and his crew did a fantastic job. The crew was respectful of our property and that of the neighbors. The fence is beautiful; we even had them install a rail on the front steps. Oscar was responsive. "Allied Fence had installed gates for us four years ago and did a great job. However, the hinges started locking up and the latches weren't working correctly anymore. I called them to get bids on fixing a few things including possibly straightening a few bent pickets. The original repair bid they sent me was a whopping $2110.00 while the original cost of installing a drive gate and a walk through gate was $2001.00 just four years ago. I scaled down the scope of repairs to just replacing the latches and hinges and they came down to $977.00 while they had let me know that the cost of the new hardware was around $180.00 in an earlier bid. Practiced, and experienced gal came out and explained the service, measured the property and walked it with me, wrote up a quote and signed an agreement. A few days later another technician came and reviewed the diagram with me and flagged the yard. The next crew came and installed. Soup to nuts was about a week and 2000$.  <br /> The guys who installed trained both our dogs. There were a few return visits to train the dogs and that was about it. <br /> <br />"
