"My companion and I selected A to Z Pest Control to identify an unconfirmed critter that was believed to be in my companion's attic. Kelsey, the Office Mgr, dispatched Paul to our Round Rock home address for a free no-cost evaluation. Paul arrived within the specified time scheduled. My companion greeted him, explained the scenario and following a thorough attic and roof check, no critter was found and no entry points into the attic area was found. This outcome was welcomed by my companion. Paul was very professional and offered the company's assistance should any future concerns arise.
