"On the day of the service, the technician showed up early, but without the address being registered on his mobile application and unable to rectify the situation. He seemed at a loss of what to do without the app guiding him and he had to revert to (horror!) using pen and paper to take notes, based on what other reports for other houses were showing. The inspection was very basic, pretty much a walk around the house with visual inspection inside and outside. The report came 2 weeks later, without pictures, showing the wrong house image and address, without color coding of findings or levels of gravity. In short, disappointing service (although more a reflection on the Home Checkup product, than on the technician or company). Unless you are 80y.o. and unable to bend to look under the sinks and walk around the house, or unable to visit the property, you are better off doing it yourself."
