"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

Guillermo (@Salvador roofing) provide to state Farm all necessary info. Insurance approved the repair plus some water damage to interior ceiling and walls. "I had the opportunity to work with Bill Robinson who is very professional and does what he commits to doing. Fast job estimating the cost for the metal roof. The old roof had tar and gravel which was removed, they replaced the rotten wood and insulation the same day. The sent me photos during the job to keep me up to date on their progress. Quality is important as Ja-Mar walks the talk at they completed the job. I recommend hiring these folks for your metal roof needs.
