A few days after they installed the roof and seamless gutters, we had a heavy rainstorm. I checked my basement and there was no leaking! I always thought it was my foundation causing the problem, but it was my gutters. I wish I would have done this years ago. My new deck is amazing! "Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take away from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site. They went that extra mile with the gutter and down spouts."

"This has been one of the best experiences we've had when dealing with home repair/improvement in 61 years!! The sales rep explained everything to us about the gutter guards and gutters in general. The price was much more reasonable than we expected. In fact, we got a quote from another company earlier that was so expensive-we decided to not install gutter protection at all!! But we kept our appointment with LeafBusters and so glad we did. We also got a price from them on a much needed downspout on one gutter end of our garage and had LeafBusters install that as well. We got a two hour window of when the installers were coming and they arrived 45 minutes early! Nobody does that!! They explained what they were going to do-kept us informed as they worked-took pictures so we can see the gutter guards around our home and garage. Our gutters never looked so good. The installers cleaned up so you didn't even know they were there! They, as well as the sales rep, told us to call anytime if there is any issue! They want to make sure we are happy with their product and service. We certainly are!! We highly recommend LeafBusters to any home owner!"

"Charles from Forever Clean Gutters was courteous and professional. My appointment was within a week from my call. He promptly assessed my job and offered me a quote. I appreciated how willing he was to work within my financial constraints too. The gutters were cleaned, lined, realigned and covered within an afternoon (though the installer commented that it was a relatively easy house to service). I was so pleased to hear water flowing through my gutters that evening where it had previously been pooled up, stagnant and disgusting. The cost was more than I expected. Although this company seems pretty new, I trust that they mean what they say regarding the lifetime warranty. Time will tell. The only negative part of this experience was that the install happened two days after the date I was given and I didn't receive any communication on that. No one showed up at the scheduled time window and then a coupe days later someone arrived at a time I couldn't have expected. My assumption is that it's likely related to the COVID situation. If I was not working from home and hadn't been home that weekend when the installer arrived I would be quite upset by the situation. As it stands it was more mildly annoying than anything else. But overall I'm very pleased with the product and service."
