"Dave was prompt at returning our initial project inquiry call. Everything went smooth from reviewing the job, quoting the job and the actual work done. This was a new bath exhaust fan, not a replacement which meant cutting into the wall. He did a awesome job! Cannot even tell where the wall was cut. Dave is very professional, kind and great customer service. Highly recommend his services!"

"Joe Timm did an extensive remodel of our 1965 ranch fixer-upper, that included kitchen, 2 baths, great room, 1 bedroom, and den. He was professional and thorough. His price quotes were on-target and reasonable. He was reliable: he called and visited when he said he would. We'll use him again for our unfinished basement. We highly recommend Joe and his work."

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
