"Top notch company!! Had a water leak and had to shut off my water. I received a call from a super caring lady and I told her my problem. She told me she would talk to the manager Mark. About two minutes later she called back and asked me if I could send Mark a picture of the problem. I did and five minutes later Mark called me and asked me if I could get some things at home depot to temporarily fix the problem since they were very busy and couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I said I would and he told me to call back on his cell phone when I had gotten the items. I did and called back and he walked me through a temporary fix so I could have water that evening. When I called back he was at home since it was after work hours. WOW!! I never expected service like that!!!! The next day they had some extra time and two professional young men came to my house and permanently repaired the leak. He was able to dig it all up and repair it all in the same day. Then I needed my washer fixed. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. The part was ordered and he came back out and installed it and got me up and running. He cleaned up after himself very well. Great price for the work done.
