"Top notch company!! Had a water leak and had to shut off my water. I received a call from a super caring lady and I told her my problem. She told me she would talk to the manager Mark. About two minutes later she called back and asked me if I could send Mark a picture of the problem. I did and five minutes later Mark called me and asked me if I could get some things at home depot to temporarily fix the problem since they were very busy and couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I said I would and he told me to call back on his cell phone when I had gotten the items. I did and called back and he walked me through a temporary fix so I could have water that evening. When I called back he was at home since it was after work hours. WOW!! I never expected service like that!!!! The next day they had some extra time and two professional young men came to my house and permanently repaired the leak. They did a great job and I thought the price was quite reasonable> Best customer service I have ever received by everyone involved!! If I need a plumber again I will definitely call Blue Frog.
