More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. About two minutes later she called back and asked me if I could send Mark a picture of the problem. I did and five minutes later Mark called me and asked me if I could get some things at home depot to temporarily fix the problem since they were very busy and couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I said I would and he told me to call back on his cell phone when I had gotten the items. I did and called back and he walked me through a temporary fix so I could have water that evening.
