Before leaving they offered to carry a very heavy buffet that we were using as a TV stand upstairs. They didn’t have to do this – and they had been there all day working. It was so kind and thoughtful; clearly above and beyond service. While we had a quote for much of the service, they offered additional items like moving the electrical outlets behind the TV for a reasonable price and mounting internet devices (Roku, Apple TV, Google Play) behind the TV so it’s out of view. I will amend this post with additional photos to share the quality of their execution. I recommend them to any homeowner or business. They take their time to do it right and leave the space spotless once the job is done. I’m so happy the other places we reached out to didn’t return our calls because we hit the jackpot with Empire."
